(C) Post's informal translation follows: Begin Text: 17 July 2006 19/1/5-72270 Important and Urgent The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain presents its compliments to the United States Embassy, in reference to the document that was sent from the Embassy to the Ministry regarding the upcoming Administrative Review Board (ARB) that will be reviewing the case of the Bahraini citizen Issa Ali Abdulla Al Murbati who is held at Guantanamo Bay, The Ministry would like to note that the document mentioned above has been assigned to a concerned party in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The concerned party has provided the Ministry with the information requested in the mentioned document. It was also requested from the family and relatives of the citizen Issa Al Murbati to provide the Ministry with any information that they wish to present during the ARB review session. Attached is the information that was received from the concerned party and from the mentioned citizen,s family and it includes: ¶1. Certificate of good conduct for the mentioned citizen from the Kingdom of Bahrain,s Ministry of Interior. ¶2. The Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain is prepared to receive the citizen after his release and take the measures and appropriate programs to rehabilitate him and get him assimilated into society. ¶3. Measures noted in the Bahrain Penal Code and the law of the country. ¶4. Letters from the mentioned citizen,s family. The Ministry expresses their appreciation to the Embassy for submitting the attached information to the concerned party in the United States. The Ministry reiterates the Kingdom of Bahrain,s interest in releasing the three Bahraini citizens held at Guantanamo Bay and their return to the Kingdom of Bahrain: (Issa Al-Murbati, Salah Al-Balushi, Juma Al-Dossary). The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the United States Embassy the assurances of its highest consideration.
