(C) Nicaraguan Foreign Minister Norman Caldera informed the
DCM on June 1 that the Nicaraguan government fully supports
the U.S. position on the Helms-Burton Resolution and the
Santo Domingo Declaration and believes the text should not be
altered. Caldera will be attending the OAS General Assembly
in Santo Domingo and promised that he "would see too it that
we stick together on this."
