(U) The Financial Sanctions Unit of the Bank of England acts
as Her Majesty's Treasury's agent for the purpose of
administering financial sanctions in the United Kingdom. The
Bank of England maintains a consolidated list of targets
listed by the United Nations, European Union and United
Kingdom under legislation relating to current financial
sanctions regimes. The Bank of England also offers a
subscription service for notification by email of new
designations. The Bank of England's website can be accessed
at www.bankofengland.co.uk.
