¶1. (S) PolMiloff delivered reftel demarche on January 23 to
MFA Security Policy Department staffer Bostjan Jerman.
Jerman did not have any immediate comment other than to note
that socialist Yugoslavia never had a biological weapons
program. Jerman promised to investigate any cases of Iranian
citizens coming to Slovenia.
