PARTICIPATION
The GOP's Protocol Office has informed Embassy that there is
no size limit to foreign delegations that attend the
Presidential Inauguration on 7/28. Participation in the
inauguration ceremony itself, however, will be limited to the
Head of the Delegation and the Resident Ambassador. We think
it might be possible to convince the Peruvians to allow us to
squeeze 1-2 more high-level attendees into the ceremony,
though there is no guarantee.
