(SBU) On March 1, Econoff delivered reftels non-papers and
points to MFA Official Faisal Al-Enezi at the Ministry's
Follow-up and Coordination Department (MFA lead on terrorist
financing). Al-Enezi agreed to pass the papers to Department
Director Khaled Al-Maqamis and other relevant GOK ministries
and agencies including the Ministries of Finance, Social
Affairs and Labor (charities oversight),and the Central Bank
of Kuwait.
