1. As reported on October 15 (ref A),the Article 98
agreement has been approved by the Foreign Affairs
Committee in Parliament and been referred to the full
Assembly for ratification (ref A and B). Post raised
the issue with the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee
of the National Assembly (ref A) on October 15
and will continue to raise the issue with appropriate GOK
officials and National Assembly contacts.
