(SBU) Post conveyed reftel invitation to the Malaysian
Foreign Ministry and the Prime Minister's office. We
followed up with repeated contacts this week. As of late
September 15, Malaysian officials confirmed that the Prime
Minister's delegation, currently in Havana for the NAM
Summit, had received the invitation, but they had no
information on the Prime Minister's response.
