¶1. (SBU) Poloff delivered March 27 reftel demarche and
talking points to Jacques Djoli, Chief of Staff of the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs March 29. Poloff reminded Djoli
of previously pledged Congolese support for U.S. candidate to
the International Narcotics Control Board Melvyn Levitsky,
and Djoli said that the Congolese position had not changed.
