On September 6th, the Front Office verbally delivered reftel invitation to Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller's office. Unfortunately, the date of the Women's Empowerment Working Group conflicts with the People's National Party Annual Conference in Kingston and, therefore, the Prime Minister is unable to accept the Secretary's invitation.
