¶1. (U) On July 24, 2006, PolOff delivered reftel talking
points to Angella Brown, Deputy Director of International
Organizations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign
Trade.
¶2. (U) On July 28, Poloff followed up with Brown who said
she was preparing briefing materials for the GOJ delegation
in advance of the 61st UN General Assembly. She assured us
that reftel talking points were taken into full consideration
in the preparation of those materials.
