¶1. (U) On July 20, 2006, Political Section discussed reftel
with Angella Brown, Deputy Director, International
Organizations Department, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
and Foreign Trade.
¶2. (U) On July 28, 2006, PolOff followed up with Brown who
stated that the GOJ has not yet decided who from Kingston
will represent the GOJ at the 61st UN General Assembly.
¶3. (U) PolOff will continue to follow up.
