1. Post grants country clearance for proposed travel by DOE/NNSA
travelers Timothy Hamlin and Jeremiah Harlin to Cayman Islands,
Cayman, July 12-19, 2006, conditional on concurrence by Embassy
London. (The Cayman Islands are a United Kingdom Overseas
Territory.)



2. Post understands the travelers are to install electric field
sensors for ground truth of the U.S. nuclear electromagnetic pulse
sensors in the GPS satellites.



3. The Control Officer for this visit will be Economic Officer John
Morgan, telephone number (876) 935-6028; Fax no. (876) 935-6029.



4. Post understands that no embassy assistance is requested other
than clearance. Mr. Morgan will not be able to provide on-island
assistance.
