¶1. (SBU) We provided the U.S. response to Ukrainian views on
the draft text of the PSI Shipboarding Agreement, with
accompanying Ukrainian language translation, to MFA Arms
Control Department Counselor Ruslan Nymchynsky January 27.
Nymchynsky promised to study our views, provided in the form
of non-papers, and said he would contact the Embassy later
with any reaction.
