On March 27 Post delivered a diplomatic note requesting
support for the U.S. re-election bid to the International
Telecommunication Union (reftel) to the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs (MFA) and a copy to the Ministry of Information and
Communication. In a March 30 conversation with Emboff, Kali
Prasad Pokhrel, Under Secretary in the MFA's United Nations
Division, agreed to "look into the matter."
