(C) Charge delivered ref B points to Deputy Prime Minister
and Foreign Minister KP Oli on October 13. Oli replied that
Nepal would vote for Guatemala as requested. He expressed
disappointment that it appeared that the United States would
not support Nepal's own candidacy and instead preferred
Indonesia. He assured Charge that Nepal would vote for
Guatemala regardless.
