(C) On September 13, Post delivered reftel talking points to
Nirmal Raj Kafle, Under Secretary for the United Nations and
International Law at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
stressing the need for a UN peacekeeping force in Darfur.
Kafle immediately agreed on the need for UN peacekeepers in
Darfur and said that the Nepal delegation would support a
statement to that effect from the Non-Aligned Movement Summit
in Havana.
