(SBU) On August 15, Post delivered reftel talking points on
the UN 1267 Committee's July/August 2006 additions of four
new names and technical amendments to its 1267 sanctions list
to Narayan Pant, Under Secretary, UN and International Law
Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA). Pant assured
Emboff that the MFA would send the additions/amendments to
the UN 1267 list to the Central Bank and Ministry of Finance
for further distribution to financial institutions across the
country.
