Guantanamo Bay-held detainees to Jamil Bahramy, an NSC
official, on 31 January. POLOFF also reviewed talking points
in refs A and D and left them behind as a nonpaper. Bahramy
requested additional information on the individuals listed in
refs B, C, and E to help find the individuals' families.
Action Request: If available, please provide date and place
of capture, home address, and father's name for each of the
detainees.
