Post notified the Government of Vietnam (GVN) that Vietnam
would remain on the 2006 Special 301 Watch List drawing upon
paragraphs five and six in reftel. Econoff was unable to
make an appointment to deliver the points in person, as
requested in reftel, due to the short notice and the fact
that April 28 is the Friday before a four day weekend in
Vietnam. However, we informed the GVN via a letter to Vice
Minister of Trade Tu, with copies to the heads of the
National Office of Intellectual Property and the Copyright
Office respectively.
