The Military Group at Embassy Guatemala has identified the
following individual to participate in the Counter Drug
Operation Course, to be held at the Western Hemispheric
Institute for Security Cooperation at Fort Benning, Georgia,
from January 25, to April 24, 2007. Embassy conducted its
own review and found no credible information that this
individual has been involved in any gross human rights
violations. Please conduct human rights vetting and advise
of any results.
