The Military Group at Embassy Guatemala has identified the
following individual to participate in the International
Maritime Officer Course, to be held at the U.S. Coast Guard
International Training Detachment in Yorktown, Virginia, from
January 24 to April 6, 2007. Embassy conducted its own
review and found no credible information that this individual
has been involved in any gross human rights violations.
Please conduct human rights vetting and advise of any results.
