The Military Group at Embassy Guatemala has identified the
following unit to participate in the Joint Combined Exchange
Training (JCET) deployments that will take place in Guatemala
during the entire calendar year 2007. Embassy conducted its
own review and found no credible information that the
commander or his unit have been involved in any gross human
rights violations. Please conduct human rights vetting and
advise of any results.
