(SBU) The Guatemalan Foreign Ministry maintains an internal
list of terrorist entities that it shares with the
Immigration Service, Superintendency of Banks, and other GOG
authorities. This list consists of persons and entities that
have been the subject of UN counterterrorism resolutions, and
basically coincides with the consolidated list maintained by
the UN 1267 Committee. When the Foreign Ministry receives
notification of new designations from the UN, the names are
circulated among GOG entities. This is an internal GOG list
and is not published nor circulated outside of GOG agencies.
