Biggar, Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) First Secretary
for UN/International Terrorism and Illicit Drugs, who
committed to circulate the information to the Irish Central
Bank and Departments of Finance and Justice. On July 7,
Biggar informed Post that the GOI did not know of any
activities in, or connections to, Ireland involving the
individuals and groups named in reftel.
