¶1. On June 15, emboff delivered reftel points to the
Department of Communications, Marine and Natural Resources
Telecommunications Advisor Aidan Ryan. Ryan said that the
GOI plans to send a representative to the National
Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA)
public meeting on July 26. He also signified an intent to
reserve any comments on the transition to private sector
Internet domain name and addressing system (DNS) management
until after the upcoming EU meeting on Internet governance.
