Post wishes to nominate Joseph Young for participation in the
May 31-June 1 USEU-hosted counterterrorism/JHA conference
(reftel). Mr. Young is currently serving as Post's economics
officer, but will become chief of the Political/Economic
Section this August. Mr. Young will likely arrive the
evening of May 30 and depart the evening of June 1; he will
not be able to attend the June 2 session on terrorism
finance. He holds a top secret security clearance. His
