Director Margaret Stanley. Stanley said that the GOI shares
the USG concerns over the Venezuelan government's continued
judicial harassment of the leaders of the NGO Sumate, but
since Ireland has no mission in Caracas, the EU Presidency
will address the matter on Ireland's behalf.
