1. Djibouti accepts IRM/OPA/PMA design as
noted in PARA 3 of REFTEL.


2. Post will return "Marked-up" drawings
to IMR/OPA/PMA/TO upon receipt and review.
Post will advise ALCON of registry number
used to return the drawings.


3. Post IRM personnel was informed by RIMC
Digital Tech that they would assist post with
post fiber infrastructure during the GITM-C visit.


4. Post looks forward to this visit and request
that itinerary be provided as soon as know.
This will allow post to make all accommodation requests
well in advance of their arrival.
