1. Reftel demarche was delivered to Mohammed Tayeb, the
Deputy Director of Arab Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs. He said that as a member of the Arab League,
Djibouti fully complies with the Arab League Boycott, but
does not require foreign companies to comply with the boycott
requirements. There is no local law for the boycott, but it
is automatically enforced at the local level due to
regulations regarding international agreements. Djibouti does
not maintain an Arab League Boycott office.
