Mohammed Hassan, the Assistant Director for Bilateral Affairs
in charge of America/Europe at the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs. Hassan said he could not give an official response,
as all other Ministry of Foreign Affairs officials are
currently on leave, but would urgently forward the
information. Hassan indicated that Djibouti usually follows
the OIC on issues regarding Iran, since both Djibouti and
Iran are members of the OIC.
