The Kibria hearing scheduled for March 5 was reset for March 7 due to a crowded court docket. The Appellate Division will hear arguments on whether the investigation should be re-opened. The appeal may be reset yet again if cases on the docket scheduled before the Kibria matter take up the entire day, as happened on March 5. ¶2. On February 28, the Kibria trial court had announced it would adjourn until after the Appellate Division issues a written opinion.
