reform. Senegal continues to support the Human Rights
Council and the Peacebuilding Commission. UN Security
Council expansion -) and membership -- remain Senegalese
priorities. Senegal does not share U.S. views on mandates,
especially in view of Senegal,s leadership on Palestinian
issues.
