Ehrenreich expressed appreciation for our message and for additional details on timing and U.S. representation, but could not offer an immediate response on the level of Danish attendance. Danish MFA Lebanon desk officer Steen Malthe Hansen confirmed July 31 that Denmark will be represented at the New York meeting by its UN ambassador, who, Hansen assured us, can speak authoritatively on this matter.
