Presidential statement from the UN Security Council.
Palihakkara thanked the Ambassador for his presentation. He
said Sri Lanka shares U.S. concerns about the destabilizing
effect that a North Korean nuclear test would have on the
region. He indicated he would need to consult with other GSL
leaders about possible actions the GSL might take.
