PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Expression of Interest (EOI) for the purpose of widening and overlay of runway and associated works at Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake, Sri Lanka. Scope of Consultancy ¶1. To review the detailed design drawings for civil works. ¶2. To prepare the detailed design of airfield lighting. ¶3. The preparation of tender documents, assist Airport and Aviation Sri Lanka Ltd. in the evaluation of prequalification documents, evaluation and supervision of construction. ¶B. ELIBIBILITY: ¶1. Experience in the design of at least three runway overlay projects, of which at least one project in an operation International Airport environment, with a single runway of similar size and complexity of this project. ¶2. Experience in design and construction supervision services of the runway lighting system at least in three airports, of which at least one project in an operation International Airport environment, with a single runway of similar size and complexity of this project. ¶3. Consultants who wish to submit proposals should have full or partial accreditation from the International Standards Organization (ISO) or any other similar and internationally recognized quality assurance organization of which evidence should be provided. ¶C.
