1. Argentina will be represented by Dr. Hugo
Fernandez, Director of Epidemiologica Surveillance
for the Ministry of Health and by Argentine Embassy
staff. Dr. Fernandez said that he cannot attend the
side meeting on January 19th as the Conference will
have ended by then and he has already booked his
return tickets to return that day. He said he would
be pleased to have an ad hoc side meeting with members
of the USDEL to exchange views. As requested Ref. C,
Fernandez's local telephone is 5411 4379 9043; his
email is hfernandez@msal.gov.ar. He can be reached
through Argentine Embassy in Beijing. The Ministry of
Foreign Relations has also informed of the side
meeting, including the latest information provided in
Ref. C.
