Argentina will be represented by Dr. Hugo Fernandez, Director of Epidemiologica Surveillance for the Ministry of Health and by Argentine Embassy staff. Dr. Fernandez said that he cannot attend the side meeting on January 19th as the Conference will have ended by then and he has already booked his return tickets to return that day. He said he would be pleased to have an ad hoc side meeting with members of the USDEL to exchange views. As requested Ref.
