POLOFF delivered reftel points February 23, (including the
draft action plan for the Committee on Safeguards and
Verification),to Claudia Corti in the MFA's Office of
International Security, Nuclear, and Space Issues. Corti
thanked the U.S. for coming up with a draft action plan,
agreeing that the December BOG meeting with respect to the
CSV had not been productive. She said our draft action plan
appeared fine in principle, but would get back to us if she
had any specific questions.
