PolOff delivered reftel talking points and draft resolution
to Minister Saborio in the Foreign Ministry's office of
International Organizations. Saborio said that the Ministry
is reviewing the resolution, that they had no preliminary
comments or position on co-sponsorship, but that, given
Argentina's strong position on non-proliferation issues,
anticipates working closely with the U.S. and other Security
Council members on this resolution.
