National Strategy for Pandemic Influenza by fax to the
Ministries of Foreign Affairs for the governments of Antigua
and Barbuda (diplomatic note 0547),Barbados (diplomatic note
0548),Dominica (diplomatic note 0549),St. Kitts and Nevis
(diplomatic note 0550),St. Lucia (diplomatic note 0551),St.
Vincent and the Grenadines (diplomatic note 0552),and
Grenada (diplomatic note 0553) on May 10, 2006. The
originals were mailed the same day.
