Barbados (Diplomatic Note No. 365),Dominica (Diplomatic Note
No. 366),St. Kitts and Nevis (Diplomatic Note No. 367),St.
Lucia (Diplomatic Note No. 368),St. Vincent and the
Grenadines (Diplomatic Note No. 369),and Grenada (Diplomatic
Note No. 370) on March 24, 2006.
