¶1. Embassy Bridgetown requests country clearance
for Frederick Dulas, Regional IRS Representative, and
Paul J. Rolli, Manager overseas operations, to travel
to BVI on May 10 - 12, 2006. The purpose of the visit
is to meet with tax directors and Ministry of Finance
Officials to discuss matters under the tax information
exchange agreement.
¶2. Mr. Dulas will be traveling on official passport
number 801746829 and holds a top secret security
clearance. Mr. Rolli will be traveling on an official
passport number 801585335 and holds a top secret
security clearance. Hotel accommodations have been
arranged.
¶3. Hotel reservations have been made for Frederick
Dulas and Paul Rolli for the nights of May 10 and 11 at
the Sugar Mill Hotel, Tortola, British Virgin Islands.
