(U) See para. 6 for Action Request: that DS/IP/WHA delineate Diplomatic Security Service responsibility for coverage of Caribbean island territories for security related functions. ¶2. (U) The Chief of Mission (COM) for Bridgetown is accredited to the following island nations: --A. Barbados --B. Grenada --C. Dominica --D. Antigua & Barbuda --E. St. Christopher (St. Kitts) & Nevis --F. St. Lucia --G. St. Vincent and the Grenadines ¶3. (U) The Consul General for Bridgetown has consular oversight for the following nations and territories --A. Barbados --B. Grenada --C. Dominica --D. Antigua & Barbuda --E. St. Christopher & Nevis --F. St. Lucia --G. St. Vincent and the Grenadines --H. British Virgin Islands (UK Territory) --I. Montserrat (UK Territory) --J. Anguilla (UK Territory) --K. Martinique (FR Overseas Department) --L. Guadeloupe (FR Overseas Department) --M. St. Martin (FR Territory) --N. St. Barthelemy (FR Territory) --O. St. Maarten (NE Territory) (Visa issues only) --P. Saba (NE Territory) (Visa issues only) --Q. St. Eustatius (NE Territory) (Visa issues only) NOTE: AmConsul Curacao has American Citizen Services (ACS) oversight for the three Dutch Islands of St. Maarten, Saba and St. Eustatius. ¶4. (U) DEA, Legat, IRS, and USAID have varying territorial coverage throughout the Caribbean. ¶5. (U) RSO Bridgetown has recently received several action requests for territories located outside of COM Bridgetown's accredited area. ¶6. (U) Post requests DS/IP/WHA clarify/designate RSO office(s) with security oversight responsibility for the following Caribbean islands which are either territories, overseas departments, dependencies or otherwise federated with Britain (UK),France (FR),or the Kingdom of the Netherlands (NE): --A.
