CARRIER UNDER AVIATION BILAT
1. Post has received a diplomatic note from the Ministry of External
Relations designating Brazilian cargo carrier Master Top Linhas
Aereas as a cargo carrier to operate charter cargo flights under the
terms of the U.S.-Brazil bilateral aviation agreement.
2. Begin text of note:
The Ministry of External Relations of the Federative Republic of
Brazil presents its compliments to the Embassy of the United States
of America and has the honor to inform the Embassy, as requested by
the National Agency of Civil Aviation (ANAC),of the designation of
the company Master Top Linhas Aereas, Ltda. - MTA to operate
non-regular cargo flights, pursuant to Article 3 and Annex II of the
Agreement on Air Transport between the Government of the Federative
Republic of Brazil and the United States of America, as amended.
Brasilia, August 3, 2006.
