¶1. (U) Emboffs conveyed ref demarche points and draft resolution to
Katarina Lalic, head of the UN Directorate in the Serbian MFA on
June 27. Ms. Lalic said she expected Serbia to vote with the
consensus EU position on the issue. She promised to contact us
immediately if GoS intentions changed.
