(C) Embassy made reftel demarche June 14 to the Foreign
Ministry, urging the GOTG to work with other OIC member
states at the upcoming Baku meeting to reinforce the message
to Iran about the need for it to make a fundamental choice to
abandon its nuclear weapons pursuits and that there will be
benefits, or penalties, depending on the choice it makes. We
will advise of any substantive reaction.
