1. (C) On June 14, PolOff delivered reftel demarche to
Paisit Boonparlit of MFA's North American Division and to
Krit Tankanarat of MFA's South Asia Division. Both Paisit
and Krit assured PolOff that they would pass reftel points to
their superiors but suggested they would not have a formal
response until after the the conclusion of ongoing events
commemorating the 60th anniversary of the King of Thailand's
ascension to the throne.
