(U) JUSMAG THAI has requested that the Embassy/State Department complete human rights vetting request for Mr. Apichart OBOONSAKUL, Office of the National Security Council, who has been selected to attend the Senior Executive Seminar (SES) (CIST),Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Marshall Center, Germany from April 23 - May 4, 2006.
