While Post has found no/no credible information relating to human rights violations of any kind by these individuals, Post requests Department pay special attention to the three individuals working for the Ministry of Internal Affair's Investigations Department. In the past, human rights activists have alleged that officers working for the Investigations Department have committed human rights abuses. ¶3. As required by the Leahy Amendment, post requests Department's confirmation that all legal requirements have been met and that the individuals are eligible to participate in the training. ¶4.
